How to reach out to GlobalPass?

GlobalPass offers communication with clients via multiple channels which include Emails (Support, Accounting), Slack, Telegram, WhatsApp, and in some cases Skype.

During every onboarding, we set up a Slack workspace with our KYC team and your compliance team to collaborate. It is used for day-to-day screening issues, reporting suspicious cases, and also discussing integration & other issues.
