Help CenterYou will receive an email to sign up to the GlobalPass portal. Once you are logged into the system, you can begin testing it out by utilizing the 'KYC by Invitation and other Manual features' from the sidebar. These functions can be used manually as well as automatically after system integration. You can find the description of the portal in the Portal and Dashboard guide in this knowledge base.
To fully test the user experience and generate comprehensive screening reports, please use the 'KYC by Invitation' feature. This allows you to generate unique links and go through the entire screening process.
Testing additional features from the sidebar:
- AML Screening for Individuals, Businesses or Address: AML Screenings > Regular > Select type > Initiate AML Scan > Add necessary details and scan.
- Identity document extraction w/ AML scan: Manual Screenings > Identity Document > Scan Identity Document.
- POA document validation: Manual Screenings > Proof of Address > Scan POA Document.
- Forensic analysis tool, use the Forensic Analysis tab and upload documents.
- Crypto Analytics: Crypto Screenings > Transaction or Wallets > Select the asset and fill in the necessary information.
The results of KYC by Invitation can be found in KYC Screenings > Regular. All other screenings and scans will be found on their respective page. Verification settings can also be found in the 'System' on the portal.
Please note that the invitation email to register for the GlobalPass portal is only valid for 72 hours.
Note: The set-up of the verifications is following our default, If you would like to try different set-up functions like no AML, POA, prohibited countries, etc, send us an email and we will assist you.
