This article aims to provide step-by-step guidance for verifying documents manually.
1. Identity document
Here, you will have the possibility to upload an identity document using Scan Identity Document button. It will open a new page to upload documents and generate a screening report.
In external ID (optional), you can put your user’s unique identifier to keep track of it, as it will get attached to the screening report. The report generated via manual ID scan will be available in the same list of Manual ID screenings.
Please note that manually created ID screenings will include an AML section if you have this service enabled, however, they will not contain facial biometrics.
2. Proof of Address
In Manual POA Screenings, you can upload utility bills, government-issued documents, telecom bills, and other documents (PDF Format) used to verify the Proof of Address. The screening can be initiated using the Scan POA Document button.
The name and address details will be extracted from the provided document. The report generated via manual POA scan will be available in the same list of Manual POA screenings.
📝Note: Manually created POA screenings will not contain geolocation analysis, as this information is not available while creating a manual scan.
