This article lists external comments used in GlobalPass portal in case of a failed applicant verification attempt.
There are two user rejection scenarios:
- BadData (user made a mistake in the verification process which needs to be amended)
- ConditionsNotMet (user is permanently rejected from verification)
1. Baddata Rejection Comments
The messages below reflect external comments left by the GlobalPass system in case the end-user made a mistake in the verification process which needs to be amended for the verification to be successful.
GlobalPass system shows translatable versions of these comments directly to the end-user when they repeat their identity verification process in the widget, shows them on the rejected screening report, and can be retrieved via API – you can integrate these comments to be shared with the end-user using your preferred method of communication with the client.
1.1 Failed ID Verification
Bad Quality ID
ID picture quality was too poor. Please take a high-quality photo with no blur, glare, or objects covering any data or face picture.
BWID
Grayscale copy of identity document is not acceptable. Please provide original color ID picture.
Covered ID
ID picture was partially covered. Please take a high-quality photo with no blur, glare, or objects covering any data or face picture.
Document Expired
Your identity document is expired. Please provide a valid one.
Document Expiring
Provided identity document expires too soon. Provide a different ID that is valid for at least {0} months.
Document Side Missing
Only one side of ID was provided. Both sides (front and back) of your ID are required for verification.
ID Data Not Matching
Your provided personal details did not match the provided ID. Make sure your personal details match the identity document.
Invalid ID
Provided ID was either damaged or not signed. Please provide a different document which contains all necessary signatures and is not damaged.
Missing Information ID
Please provide a different identity document that contains your full name, nationality, date of birth, gender and document expiration date.
Missing Upper Passport Page
Please take a new passport picture where both the main passport page and the page above it are fully visible. Make sure all sides and corners fit into the picture frame.
No Documents
Some of the required data was not received. Please try again and submit all required data.
Non-Original ID
Please provide a picture of your original identity document. Screen captures, printed or edited versions are not accepted.
No Sides Corners ID
Some sides and corners of your ID were not visible. Please take a new picture and make sure your entire ID is visible.
Passport Only
Please provide a picture of your international passport.
Poor Face Picture
We could not verify your ID portrait. Please provide a new ID picture where your face photo is clearly visible or submit a different identity document that is issued more recently.
Unacceptable Type
Provided ID cannot be accepted. Please provide a different type of ID.
1.2 Failed Address Verification
Additional Page 26 POA
Please additionally provide page {0} of your passport. While taking the picture, fold the page so that the MRZ code on the bottom of the main passport page is also visible.
Bad Quality POA
Proof of address document picture quality was too poor. Please take a high-quality photo with no blur, glare, or objects covering any data.
Missing Information POA
Please provide a different proof of address document that contains your full name, full address details and document issue date.
Missing Internal Passport POA
Please additionally provide the main page of your internal passport.
MRZ Not Visible POA
Please take a new address stamp picture and fold the stamped passport page so that the MRZ code on the bottom of the main passport page is also visible.
Non-Original POA
Please capture or upload your original proof of address document. Screen captures, or edited versions are not accepted.
No Sides Corners POA
Some sides and corners of your proof of address document were not visible. Please take a new picture and make sure the entire document is visible.
POA Data Does Not Match
Your specified address details did not match your proof of address document. Please upload a new document and provide address details that fully match the address specified on it.
POA Expired
Provided proof of address document was issued too long ago. Please provide a new one issued within the last {0} months.
POA PDF Not Full
Provided proof of address document provided is missing some indicated pages. Please provide the document with all its original pages, or a different document issued within the last {0} months.
Wrong POA Type
Provided proof of address document cannot be accepted. Please provide a utility bill, bank statement, post office statement, or government document issued within the last {0} months.
IP Threats Detected
Your network security could not be validated. Please repeat verification using a different network or disable VPN or web proxy software.
1.3 Failed Biometric Analysis
Biometrics Failed
Face video did not fully match the ID. Please take a new face video and ensure good lighting, keep camera at eye level, remove all accessories and make sure there are no other people in the video.
2. ConditionsNotMet Rejection Comments
The messages below reflect external comments left by the GlobalPass system in case a duplicate account, suspicious activity, or not compliant with your standards for verification were detected.
GlobalPass system does not communicate these comments directly to the end-user, but they are visible on the screening report and can be retrieved via API – you can integrate these comments to be shared with the end-user using your preferred method of communication with the client.
Permanent Rejection / Suspicious / Blacklisted / AML:
The application has unfortunately been permanently rejected
📝Note: Permanent rejection is used when the user is being deactivated for general reasons. Suspicious/Blacklisted/AML comment is used for their respective reasons.
Already Accepted Duplicate
Identity verification was already completed using a different account. Multiple accounts are not allowed.
Already Rejected Duplicate
After renewed evaluation, the application has unfortunately been permanently rejected.
