What are the integration flows?

GlobalPass provides versatile integration flows to cater to different onboarding requirements. Select the integration flow that aligns with your specific needs:

  • Regular flow: The applicant goes through the verification once and provides all necessary details such as ID, Biometrics, POA, Geolocation, and AML scan.
  • Split flow: It is divided into 2 parts; Identity and Address. The applicant goes through ID, 3D biometrics, and AML check at first and then when required i.e IBAN request, card request, withdrawals, etc, the address verification (POA + Geolocation) is completed.

It is recommended to choose the flows based on your specific needs. Please find two scenarios below on the application of both flows.

Scenario 1: Regular flow

Your onboarding flow requires the applicant to provide all the documents during the initial onboarding. This means identity documents, facial biometrics, proof of address, and geolocation information are required to open an account. In this case, you can opt for 'Regular flow' integration in GlobalPass.

Scenario 2: Split flow

Your onboarding flow does not require the applicant to provide all documents at first. This means to open an account, only identity documents and facial biometrics are required from the applicant. You only require address and geolocation information when the applicant chooses to order an IBAN, debit card, during the deposit or withdrawal of funds or other similar options. If your onboarding flow for your product matches this scenario then it is recommended to integrate via 'Split Flow'.

📝Note: If you have AML scan enabled, the applicant will be scanned during identity document verificaiton in split flow.
