This is an account setting available in the verification settings of the portal.
By enabling this setting, the GlobalPass portal tracks and informs your system when identity documents inside 'accepted' screenings begin to expire or becomes expired.
When an identity document in an accepted screening reaches the minimum validity period set by you, your system will receive a notification notifying you about expiring cases.
At this moment, you can already prompt the applicant to submit a renewed ID. If a new document is not provided during the period until expiry, the screening gets automatically rejected with "DocumentExpired" reject reason. Following this, the applicant can resubmit a new valid document.
