What to do if I get an invalid token error while signing up?

If you are getting an invalid token error when you try to sign up via the invitation link, please check if the email is older than 72 hours. GlobalPass sign-up link is valid for 72 hours and has to be updated if you did not manage to log in in the mentioned duration.

Please contact your account administrator to resend the invite link or GlobalPass support (in case you're on trial).
